Debbie Crum
Founder & Managing Partner
Debbie is fascinated and motivated by the ever-evolving relationship between companies and their customers. A firm believer that organizations should create products, solutions and experiences that drive customer value, Debbie believes in getting close to your customers and staying there. Through integrating the voice of the customer early and often in the relationship, she helps companies translate actionable customer insight into improved business strategy, process and product deliverables and bring customer balance to the executive decision-making processes.

Excited by what happens when you combine great companies and great customers, Debbie creates, develops and executes effective and innovative programs that create a true collaboration between the customer & company, resulting in a long term, mutually profitable partnerships. She leverages her experience as a business development leader & customer relationship expert to help companies improve business performance by managing the customer relationship as an asset.

With deep sales and executive experience ranging from running worldwide sales and customer experience organizations at public companies to creating go to market strategy and building sales and partner organizations at smaller companies, her results oriented perspective achieve measurable business results.

Debbie grew up outside Boston, received her degree from the George Washington University, and now resides in Northern Virginia with her fabulous family and Cooper the Wonder Dog.


Danielle Bischoff
Partner
With almost twenty years of executive experience, an MBA, and a Masters in Organizational Psychology as well as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Danielle Bischoff leads her team in helping organizations identify business gaps and architect organizational solutions.  

Prior to her consulting role Danielle spent more than 10 years at Sprint – Nextel, most recently managing the Executive Briefing Center.  She has worked with both public and private sector organizations across North America, Europe and Asia on initiatives including Executive Facilitation, Training Development & Delivery, Executive Briefing Program Development, Strategic Marketing, and Event Management. She has deep experience providing support to clients that need to collaborate with multiple sectors of an organization, including executive leadership, sales, marketing, customer service, training and product development. 

Danielle is active on the Board of Directors and as Marketing Director at Preemies Today, a DC based non-profit providing a nationwide preemie parent support network, and has been a speaker at multiple medical conferences across the country. She is also active in her community as a member of the Sterling Volunteer Fire Department since 2000, where her primary focus is fund raising, marketing and special events. She loves to GOLF and lives in Northern Virginia and with her husband and two children.

   

Suzanne Serway

Suzanne is an accomplished sales and account management executive motivated by the customer experience. Active listening is instrumental to her style - listening to what is directly and, sometimes more importantly, indirectly said. It lights the path between partner organizations to be collaborative, delighted, loyal and ultimately, advocates for one another. She is passionate about building value into business relationships - achieved through executing superb service, motivating teams to achieve their goals, and, when the wheels fall of the wagon as they occasionally do, providing meaningful service recovery. Her tenacious spirit wrapped with a sense of humor has built her solid reputation for achieving results.

Starting in New York City, her career has been split between both coasts, where she has held Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing as well as Executive Customer Care positions. Her focus on relationship, strategy and execution coupled with her diverse experiences - from qualifying needs, creating long-term solutions, delivering exceptional service offerings and partnering for operational excellence – have brought benefit to mid-sized organizations and Fortune 500 companies.

Suzanne is a native of Indianapolis, Indiana and a graduate of Indiana University's School of Business, where she earned her degree in Finance. She resides in Northern Virginia with her superstar family and two frogs - Tom and Jerry.

 

   

Rachel Cline
Social Media Strategist
Rachel is passionate about using social media to create innovative, effective campaigns to create true engagement. Her creative energy paired with her results oriented perspective achieve measurable business success.

She started her career in a sales role at a NASDAQ firm in Virginia and has been a key contributor to Sidelines Magazine, the "People Magazine" of the equestrian world. She is also an experienced blogger and freelance photographer.

After spending her high school years in Northern Virginia Rachel headed to Southern Methodist University in Dallas where she was on the equestrian team and studied history as well as psychology and sports management. She spends her free time volunteering with the Best Buddies Program, with her family and friends, and riding every chance that she gets.

   
Rick Lowrey
Rick is a high energy, focused operational leader with nearly 30 years experience leading organizations through change and challenge to align strategic vision with execution success.

Rick is the former CEO of American Cadastre, LLC (dba AMCAD) a leading enterprise software organization selling justice solutions to the public sector marketplace. As CEO, Rick is responsible for driving the success of AMCAD with its customers, strategic planning and ensuring the organization is optimized to meet the demands of the evolving state and local government marketplace. Rick was formerly a founding member of FuseLine where he advised clients on organizational change management & transformation, go-to-market strategy and execution, and customer experience consulting.

Previously, Rick enjoyed great success as a member of the executive team of Deltek, Inc. a growth oriented global software organization. During his management tenure at Deltek revenues increased from $30M to in excess of $300M, with company growth from 200 US based employees to over 1,600 global team members. Rick served in several key management roles including Executive Vice President of Enterprise Solutions and Executive Vice President of Products & Strategy.

   
Bob Fecteau

As a results driven leader with a proven ability to transform organizations, Bob believes that understanding and internalizing the challenges faced by line leaders is the key to improving services need across the business. His expertise includes aligning product and service delivery experiences with the wants, needs, and expectations of the business derived through process analytics of where the challenges exist.

Bob serves as a CIO at SAIC, having joined the organization in 2013 after serving as CIO at BAE and a 27 year career as an Army officer and Department of the Army civilian, most recently as CIO of US Army and Intelligence and Security Command.

   
Dave Hare
A dynamic leader of world-class enterprise service organizations, Dave has over 30 years of experience in designing, building and managing global teams with profitable operations and industry-leading customer satisfaction. He has a proven track record in leading the successful integration of support operations, business processes, technology, and organizational redesign in mergers and acquisitions.

Dave is the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Ooyala, a leader in digital video technology, analytics and services. He knows first-hand what it takes to build and scale world-class service organizations and is keenly aware that customer success is a principal business metric. An avid believer in standards and certification, Dave has championed and sponsored service delivery excellence initiatives that have achieved worldwide service recognition.

Prior to Ooyala, Dave held senior leadership positions at Symantec, Deltek, Oracle, PeopleSoft and Aspect Communications. He is a former member of the J.D. Power & Associates standards board for Certified Technology Service and Support and served on the board of directors for the Alliance of Technology and Women (ATW.) Currently, he is a board member of leading web-based knowledge management company noHold, and serves on the board of advisors for iOPEX Technologies, an India-based Ooyala customer support partner, as well as netCustomer, Driver 6 and the Technology Services Industry Association.

Dan Smith

Dan has a broad base of executive experience and proven leadership serving high profile markets and knows how to meet the demands of commercial Fortune 100 global companies, Federal Government and small businesses.

As COO at CWPS, Dan is responsible for shaping and implementing business development and provides the vision to launch innovative new services and create market expansion plans.

For the 21 years previous to joining CWPS, Dan held leadership positions at Verizon in finance, engineering and operations. Dan worked closely with cabinet-level Federal agencies and successfully led the delivery of multi-billion dollar IT programs for mission critical Federal contracts supporting our nation's intelligence community.

Dan served as a commissioned officer and senior pilot with the United States Air Force. There he was responsible for supporting special operations missions for strategic and tactical aircraft. He holds an undergraduate degree in international affairs and a master's degree in procurement and materials management.
