comScore is a global leader in measuring the digital world and preferred source of digital business analytics.

FuseLinecx and our strategic partners collaborated with comScore executive management on market strategy and execution to capitalize on opportunity in the government space. Using market research, executive roundtables and integrating the customer into the process, the team worked to identify and invest in the opportunities, segments and solutions that would maximize customer acquisition and revenue growth and result in accelerated market adoption.

In less than 90 days, the team delivered enhanced capabilities to drive initial revenue plan for 2012 and kicked off an executive facilitation program to create competitive advantage and drive revenue growth.

Increased Insight through Customer Advisory Board Strategy

A Nasqaq listed Premier Regional Commercial Bank with nearly $1B managed assets asked FuseLine experts to develop a strategy for enhanced customer intimacy through development of a client advisory board from top Bank customers and regional business leaders.

 

The initial project included voice of the customer feedback as well as cross team strategy facilitation and created the ability to deliver improved customer experience. The project continued with customer segmentation analysis and creation and delivery of a new event series: The GovCon Innovation Series. The series delivers opportunity for increased incremental and new revenue through deeper relationships with existing customers, increased referral business and a new way to engage prospects.

timeRAZOR is a well funded startup that has developed the first never-miss-out platform for an increasingly busy and mobile world. Their Lightweight app empowers people to discover things they want to do while they manage what they need to do.

FuseLinecx has worked with timeRAZOR to translate company strategy into effective go to market execution and to accelerate market adoption.

Hired by the CEO, FuseLine performed a deep customer data analysis and customer segmentation to refine the definition of the target addressable market. The analysis was used to develop a targeted marketing strategy to increase revenue from existing customers and to drive engagement into new markets. With this analysis, FuseLine developed recommendations to invest in the customers, segments and solutions that provide the greatest return for the company.

FuseLine was hired by the Division President to assist with a strategic operational change management initiative. Their operating plan included the acquisition of a complimentary business to extend its current leadership position in both commercial and government sectors for advanced electronic components. FuseLine was tasked with developing and deploying a change methodology practice to ensure a successful integration of teams, physical assets, and process best practices for a post merger combined organization while meeting the financial drivers & synergies of the deal.

FuseLine was asked by the Corporate CIO to assist with the development, enhancement and launch of the go to market strategy in the commercial marketplace. FuseLine developed a program to launch the BETA solution through an established third party eco-system, developed the initial value proposition for the solution, and engaged partners supporting the launch of the solution in the marketplace.
